Zoho announced its commitment to driving the technological development of Peruvian businesses

Zoholics, the business technology event organized by Zoho Corporation in its most important markets, took place in Lima, where over 200 attendees were introduced to the latest business trends, engaged in one-on-one meetings with experts, and participated in networking activities.

Zoho Corporation, a global software company, held the Zoholics event in Peru for the first time. This event is the brand’s most important gathering with clients, users, and business partners. During this event, the company presented the latest updates and releases of its products worldwide. Additionally, Zoho announced new applications targeting areas such as artificial intelligence, unified communications, software for SMEs, and customer service, among others.

“Zoho is an organization that seeks constant growth in countries with potential, such as Peru. We want our company to become increasingly local, which goes hand in hand with working closely with business partners who understand the country and know how to adapt our proposals to the needs of local businesses. For this reason, it is very important to listen and have the possibility to add and change the features of our tools as required,” said Raju Vegesna, Chief Evangelist of Zoho.

“Zoho’s commitment is to foster innovation and enhance ideas to increase productivity, which can be seen in every application in our portfolio. We will continue to work strongly on research and development (R&D) initiatives with the aim of creating new solutions while strengthening existing applications and solutions,” Vegesna emphasized.

Lastly, the event highlighted the importance that Zoho places on data privacy and Peruvian businesses. “We seek to guarantee the privacy and security of information for all our users because we understand that it is part of the success behind any organization. For example, our tools integrate Artificial Intelligence, which allows for precise operational reports and provides solutions to business challenges without the need to collect private browsing data,” concluded Zoho’s global spokesperson.

This year, Zoholics will also be held in other Latin American countries such as Costa Rica, Chile, Mexico, and Colombia.
